  • A: All JMA courses, including the Wealth Mastery Program, accepts students on a rolling basis. Once you have enrolled and submitted payment for your selected course(s), you will receive an email within 30 minutes that contains all of your login information.

    Q: How do I create a username and password?

  • A: Upon signing up after receiving your payment confirmation, your username and password will be generated and sent to you via email.

GENERAL COURSE INFORMATION

    Q: Does the Jay Morrison Academy courses work with any browser?

  • A: Any browser should work with a good wifi connection. The most commonly used browser for Mac users is Safari. Safari, Google Chrome and Internet Explorer are often used by PC users and are universal to all computers.

    Q: Are all of the courses exclusively online?

  • A: Yes, all of the materials for each of the JMA courses is delivered via the membership site. The Jay Morrison Academy will have future Seminars and Workshops, to support learning via an in-person format. You also will have the ability to participate in bi-weekly LIVE mentorship calls with Jay Morrison.

    Q: Are there opportunities for hands-on learning/coaching?

  • A: Yes, to inquire about one on one or group coaching opportunities contact support for more information. (If you are an enrolled student, be sure to take advantage of the discounted rate on the student membership site)

    Q: Can I access my lesson(s) at anytime?

  • A: Yes, you can log in and access your lesson(s) at your own leisure via the student membership site.

    Q: I just enrolled in a course, is there a textbook?

  • A: If you have enrolled in either the Residential Real Estate Course or the Credit Mastery Course, you will receive your course textbook as part of your materials for Lesson 2. At this time, there is not a textbook for the other courses, as all of the necessary course information is provided in each of the weekly lessons.

    Q: I paid for a course but I want to attend a different course. What can I do to change?

  • A: Payment for all coursework is FINAL; however we do understand that sometimes an error may occur. If you find yourself in this situation, please contact Support@JayMorrisonAcademy.com immediately, you will only have 24 hours from time of enrollment to make any changes. Again, refunds will not be issued.

    Q: Will I be able to select the order in which I take my courses?

  • A: Yes, with the exception of the Wealth Mastery Program, you have the option to choose which course you would like to register for within the Jay Morrison Academy.
GENERAL LESSON INFORMATION

    Q: Where do I go to log into my account?

  • A: On the website navigation search for Student Login. The dropdown will have JMA 2015 for all student who have registered before November 2015 and JMA 2016 for all students enrolled thereafter.

    Q: What day of the of week will the lessons be available?

  • A: Lessons are made available once a week on the same day that you signed up for your course (ie. if you enroll on a Thursday, you will receive a new lesson each Thursday).

    Q: What time does classes start tonight?

  • A: There is not a specified time for students to log into their lessons.. You can log in and access your lessons at your own leisure. Be sure to review the Mentorship Call calendar, found within Lesson 1, so that you are able to participate in these weekly calls, as well.

    Q: How long are the courses/lessons?

  • A: Each course within the Jay Morrison Academy is 26 weeks long; the weekly lessons will vary in length, as the amount of information presented will be dependent upon the topic being covered for that lesson.

    Q: Can I take all of the Wealth Mastery Program classes at the same time?

  • A: No, you are scheduled to take 2 classes every 6 months. This is done to better ensure your success in the program.

    Q: Can I rearrange the order that I receive my Wealth Mastery Program?

  • A: No, the courses within the Wealth Mastery Program are designed to progress in a particular order to help ensure your success. If you would like to take the courses in a different order, there is the option of individually purchasing the courses.
MENTORSHIP CALLS

    Q: How do I log in and listen/review the archives from past mentorships calls?

  • A: You will have access to the archived mentorship call from within your student membership site.

    Q: When are student mentorship calls?

  • A: Student mentorship calls are held on a biweekly basis. You will find the Mentorship Call calendar for your specific course within Lesson 1.

    Q: How Long are the group mentorship calls?

  • A: Group mentorship calls last an hour. Be sure to be prompt for the call so you can be sure to get your questions answered. When entering the call room press *6 to get your question answered.

    Q: What happens if I miss a mentorship call?

  • A: Each Group Mentoring Call will be recorded. These recordings will be posted on the student membership site within 48 hours.
BILLING

    Q: How will the tuition be billed?

  • A: Your tuition is billed each month on the anniversary of your enrollment. For example, if you enroll on September 3rd, your tuition will be billed each month on the 3rd. If you enroll and pay your tuition in full, you will only be billed once at that time.

    Q: Are payments withdrawn automatically or do I pay the site myself?

  • A: Unless you pay for your entire course at the time of enrollment, you will be billed on a monthly basis and payments will be automatically withdrawn each month.

    Q: I have some invoices that were not paid due to me having other financial obligations. Would I have to pay all of those invoices to have access to the next invoice?

  • A: Once your billing information has been updated, Jay Morrison Academy will bill you for the first outstanding invoice on your account. This will provide you with access to the associated lessons and you will be placed back into the monthly billing rotation.

    Q: How do I add another debit card to my account?

  • A: You can update your billing information within your student membership site.

    Q: Can the monthly payments be split between two different cards?

  • A: No, since payments are withdrawn automatically and not manually, payments cannot be split between two cards.

    Q: Can these classes be paid for with financial aid?

  • A: The Jay Morrison Academy does not currently participate in the federal financial aid program, but you are able to solicit scholarship funds on your own and have them applied to your student account. Contact Support@JayMorrisonAcademy.com for more details.

  • A: You can access the private Linkedin Group by searching JMA Private Student Community and requesting to join. Our staff will accept you into the group if you are a currently enrolled student. Please have your enrollment email connected to your LinkedIn profile.

  • A: Yes, the JMA Private Student Community is a resource for all students of the Jay Morrison Academy. The purpose of this group is to encourage networking, community, and discussion in order to maximize the learning experience and success of all students.

    Q: Do I need real estate experience to benefit from the Residential Real Estate Course?

  • A: No, this course has been designed to educate everyone on Jay’s real life blueprint for success through real estate investing, including beginners.

    Q: Do I need a real estate license to enroll in Residential Real Estate Courses?

  • A: No, having a real estate license is not a requirement for you to take the course or to be a successful real estate investor. The knowledge you gain, coupled with a state-issued real estate license, will benefit you twofold: You will have a better understanding of the industry and real estate terms, as well as another revenue stream as an investor who can get paid on the purchase or sale of their own properties. *This is one of Jay’s secrets.*

    Q: Can this course be used as preparation for the real estate licensure exam?

  • A: No, this course is not intended to teach you how to become a real estate agent or broker; this course is designed to teach you how to become a successful real estate investor.
